How to collect your Winnings

Log into the casino and go to the cashier where you will select 'Withdraw'
and the amount you wish to cash out. Our casino makes note of this
transaction at the time you request it.

The least amount you can withdraw is $20.
If you have less than $10 in your account it will be returned to your
account and amounts less than $20 left for a time of one month will also be
returned to your account.

Withdrawals of $8000 a week are our limits, anything more than that will be
split up into several payments of no more than $8000 each and sent on a
weekly basis until the full amount has been sent.

All new players requesting their first withdrawal will be subject to a
process where the casino security department 'clears' your request for
payment. What this means is that the casino must verify your identity. This
can take 5 - 10 business days to complete, and you will receive an email
from us once we process your winnings and send them to you.
